Shipments, Deliveries and Returns
SHIPMENTS
FREE SHIPPING*, for purchases over 35€. Promotion applicable only for national shipments to the Peninsula and Balearic Islands (Post office pickup or Standard shipping 3-5 days).
Products will be delivered between 4-5 days for standard deliveries or 24-48 hours for premium deliveries, you can choose the shipping that best suits your needs. Shipments will be processed for all orders received before 12hrs.
Orders placed after 12hrs will be dispatched the next business day. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping status.
DELIVERIES
National deliveries will be made by the Correos courier company. International deliveries will be made by UPS or DHL, depending on the shipping option selected.
The product will be delivered in person at the address indicated by the customer, always during business hours.
If no one is at the shipping address provided by the customer, the courier will leave a note with the contact phone number of the nearest branch. However, the branch will try to contact the customer to arrange a new day and time for delivery.
CHANGES AND RETURNS
Carex commits to making returns of its products in the following cases:
Have you changed your mind? If the product(s) you bought are in perfect condition but you have changed your mind or you are not convinced, we will refund the full price of the purchased product. The refund will be returned to you through the payment method used in the purchase. You must send us the product(s) in their original packaging and in perfect condition, to the address indicated below.
Was it not what you ordered? If we made a mistake with your order (product error, quantity, model..) we commit to fully refunding the price of the purchased product or sending you the product you ordered. The refund will be returned to you through the payment method used in the purchase. You should send us the product(s) in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Haven't received your order? If after 14 days of the confirmation of your order you still haven't received it, we will proceed to fully refund the price of the purchased product or we will send it to you again.

You must communicate the intention to return the product within 14 working days from the date of purchase. In case of product error, the shipping costs of the returns will be free (covered by Carex). For other reasons, we will accept returns but the customer will have to bear the cost of shipping from their address to the Carex offices.
Once your return is received, we will proceed to identify and verify the condition of the returned products. This operation may take up to 48 hours. Once the verification is completed, we will immediately proceed with the exchange or return. If there is any discrepancy, we would contact you with the same urgency. Carex is not responsible for the loss or damage of the packages sent by our customers.
